Towards the end of the season in Perth the wind had backed off and we were getting weeks at a time of 35 + degrees, so with no wind and sweaty temperatures so I was looking forward to being at home where beer is cheap, fuel is expensive and singlets are wife-beaters.
The moment you least look forward to when you arrive home is the moment you step off the plane, instead of being meet by crowds of fans, topless women and photographers (similar to when The Beatles returned home from America) you are met with a wall of freezing cold air, and a 5 hour bus journey to Devon. Made worse by the fact that they have just lead you through the business class and first class section of the plane…Here’s where you could have been sitting…cheers then!
I've just got back from the Wind Will and Gravity Tour organised by Perth Kite School and SuperSaturated. Gwen Velge put together an invite only event and included top riders Cesar Portas and Mario Rodwald from North Kiteboarding so i was super stoked to get an invite too.
I finally managed to sort out a professional website and blog so as to keep everyone upto date with my global adventures. Fueled by the passion of SuperSaturated my clothing sponsors, they sent DiNG to Oz to document some of my training out here and add his touch to making me interweb savy.
this might take some time
